2. Services (Automotive Work & Maintenance)

Due to the nature of automotive services:

  • All completed services are final and non-refundable

  • Once work has been carried out, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances except where required by law

  • Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

We reserve the right to inspect and assess any reported issue before offering any resolution.


3. No Warranty & Limitation

  • Services are provided based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection

  • We do not guarantee that future issues will not arise after the service

  • Slide Auto Services is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing issues

    • Hidden or undiscovered faults

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Misuse or improper handling after service


4. Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable

  • Failure to attend the appointment (no-show) results in full charge and no refund


5. Payments (Tap Payments)

All payments are securely processed via Tap Payments:

  • We do not store or access your full card details

  • Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method only

  • Refund timelines depend on your bank or card provider


6. Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases Only)

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment

  • System or billing error

  • Service not delivered due to our fault

All requests are subject to internal review and final approval.


7. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Additional delays may occur depending on your financial institution


8. Parts & Products (If Applicable)

If physical parts are sold:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Installed or used parts are strictly non-refundable


9. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after service completion

  • No-show or late cancellation

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Damage caused after service completion

  • Issues unrelated to the service performed


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slide Auto Services shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of use, loss of time, or loss of vehicle availability

  • Any costs arising from third-party repairs or services
