Once work has been carried out, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances except where required by law

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
We reserve the right to inspect and assess any reported issue before offering any resolution.

4. Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable

Failure to attend the appointment (no-show) results in full charge and no refund

All payments are securely processed via Tap Payments:
